Code Geek Academy provides coding classes and educational services on a scheduled basis.
- Fees paid for classes that have already been conducted are non-refundable.
- Monthly advance payments reserve your child's class slot and are applied toward upcoming classes.
- If a student withdraws before attending any remaining prepaid classes, a refund may be considered for the unused classes, less any administrative or registration fees, at the sole discretion of Code Geek Academy.
- Missed classes due to the student's absence are generally not refundable. Where available, replacement classes or make-up sessions may be offered.
- If Code Geek Academy cancels a class and no replacement class is provided, the affected class fee will be refunded or credited toward future classes.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team and will be reviewed within 7 business days.
